Ahmed Al-Allo, PMP, B.Sc. Civil Engineering, EFQM Assessor is a speaker, trainer and professional facilitator of Project Management Profession. He has 30 years of hands-on Project Management experience in various construction projects.

As a director of PMI – Dubai region from 2009-2012, he contributed to the advancement of the project management community in Dubai, by organizing and presenting many technical presentations, panel discussions, training courses, and other social activities for PMI members in Dubai. Many of these events were on voluntary basis.

As a PMP consultant and instructor, he has developed and conducted numerous training courses for both Project management and Excellence model in Dubai, Iraq, and Canada with outstanding feedback from various clients including Government Departments, PMI members, public courses, and University students, in addition to Organizational Development / Excellence courses based on the European Foundation for Quality Management – EFQM model.

He believes in combining theory with practice and uses his long experience as a project manager for construction projects as the ground for training. He always uses real-life examples to present the theory in a simple way.

He has participated in many international PMI and Excellence conferences including Share best practices Forum in 2014- by DQG, Innovation forums, Dubai International Project management Forum (DIPMF) in 2014, PMI AGC 13th international conference 2011, Leaders of Excellence program -2014, the World Energy Forum- 2012, in addition to numerous annual conferences.
