Since the inception of PMPRO, Mohanad has taken the initiative to develop a strategic plan to initiate and grow the company in different aspects of the business.  Starting by creating a business plan for the company, followed by a branding strategy that included creating a customized website, marketing materials, and advertisement.

Since then, he has been closely monitoring the performance of the company and take actions to improve the quality of the services provided to clients, as well as working towards scaling the company to be able to reach more clients and provide more services.
